Terms and Conditions of Service — Private Chauffeur

1. Scope of Service

The Chauffeur Driven Car Hire (NCC) service consists of private passenger transportation using fully licensed vehicles and professional drivers, according to the itinerary, duration, and conditions agreed at the time of booking.

2. Pricing and Payments

Clients will receive a detailed quotation prior to confirmation.

Prices include the base fare, applicable surcharges (night service, holidays, waiting time, extra mileage, tolls, parking) and VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made according to the agreed method.

For long-distance, event-based, or multi-day services, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

3. Cancellations and No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will result in a 100% charge.

Failure to appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time (no-show) will result in full charge without refund.

4. Waiting Time and Overage

Included waiting time varies depending on the service type.

Any excess waiting time, service extension, route change, or additional stop may result in extra charges, calculated in increments and communicated to the client during or after the service.

5. Child Safety Seats

Clients are responsible for informing the company of traveling minors and requesting appropriate child restraint systems when required by law.

Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in refusal of service without refund.

6. Drugs, Alcohol, and Conduct

The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

Any dangerous, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

In such cases, the service may be terminated immediately without refund, and authorities may be contacted if necessary.

7. Cleaning and Vehicle Damage

All vehicles are delivered clean and sanitized prior to each service.

Extraordinary cleaning or repair costs caused by the client or passengers (including excessive dirt, liquids, vomiting, smoking, or damage to the vehicle) will be charged based on photographic evidence and official repair estimates.

8. Lost Items

The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Found items will be stored temporarily when possible.

Return or shipping of items will be at the client's expense.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be held liable for:

  • delays due to traffic, accidents, or external events
  • missed flights or connections
  • indirect or consequential damages
  • events beyond the company's direct control

10. Force Majeure

No liability shall arise from events beyond the company's control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or actions by public authorities.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company's registered office in Italy.

12. Language and Interpretation

In the event of translation, the Italian version shall prevail for all legal purposes.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking the service through any channel, the client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
