Is the price always fixed?
Yes for standard routes, the price is fixed and guaranteed. For custom or multi-stop routes we send a tailored quote.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 6 hours before pickup time. For peak season or large groups we recommend 24–48 hours.
Can I book multiple stops?
Yes, select multi-route mode in the booking form and add all intermediate stops.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. After that, penalties may apply.
How does flight monitoring work?
We track your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the driver adjusts automatically.
Will the driver wait for me at arrivals?
Yes, your driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a name board. Waiting time is included up to 60 minutes after landing.
Where exactly will the driver meet me at Catania CTA airport?
After collecting your luggage and passing through customs, look for your driver holding a personalised name sign in the arrivals hall. If you can't find them, call the number on your booking confirmation — they'll guide you to the meeting point right outside the terminal.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We monitor every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts automatically at no extra charge. If cancelled, contact us and we'll reschedule or refund you free of charge.
Is the service available for early morning or late night flights?
Yes, our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays, early departures and late-night arrivals. No surcharges for night transfers.

Booking & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payment (Visa, Mastercard via Stripe), or cash/card directly to the driver with pre-authorization.
Do I get a confirmation after booking?
Yes, our team checks availability and sends you a full confirmation within 1 hour.
Can I change the date or time?
Yes, contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 6 hours before and we'll reschedule at no extra cost.

The service

What types of vehicles do you use?
Premium fleet: Fiat Tipo, Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, Minibus up to 8 passengers and Bus up to 50 pax.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. English-speaking private drivers are available on every route — simply select the option when booking (10% surcharge).
Are child seats included?
Child seats are available on request at €10 each. Indicate it in the booking form.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome on board. Please indicate this when booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle has generous boot space. A sedan fits 2-3 large suitcases, a V-Class up to 6-8 bags. Mention your exact luggage count when booking and we'll assign the right vehicle.
Can the driver help with my luggage?
Absolutely. Your chauffeur will meet you at arrivals, help carry your bags to the vehicle and load everything for you.
Is there Wi-Fi and water on board?
Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi are available on all Mercedes vehicles. You can also request these extras on other vehicle types.
