Your driver is local
The service is carried out by a licensed private-hire operator from the area, with their own vehicles and the kind of road knowledge no call centre has. In Sicily that means knowing which Etna roads close under ash and how long the coast road really takes in August.
The network provides the rest
Booking platform, price locked at confirmation, flight monitoring, support and payment collection on the operator's behalf. These are the things a single driver cannot build alone, and they are the difference between a lift and a service.
The rules are the same everywhere
Checked licences, the price stated before departure, waiting included up to 60 minutes after landing, and no cost appearing at the end. They hold in Catania exactly as in Venice.
If something goes wrong, the network handles the complaint with the carrier
You are not bounced back to a supplier. Booking, payment, changes, refunds and complaints always go through us, acting in the name and on behalf of the operator that performs the service, with the same rules in every territory.

Bookings, supplier assignment, flight monitoring, documents and invoices all run through Velogest, a purpose-built management platform for the network. That is not a technical detail: it is why the price you see is the price you pay, and why confirmation arrives within minutes even in mid-August.

Payment is collected by Elevelon S.r.l. in the name and on behalf of the licensed NCC carrier that performs the service. The tax document for the transport is issued by the carrier. The terms and privacy notice you accept at booking are versioned, with a record of what you were shown.
