Which Etna access point does the transfer go to?+
By default we go to Rifugio Sapienza on the south side, where the cable car operates. We can also take you to the north side (Piano Provenzana) or any winery — just specify when booking.
What time should I book to catch the cable car?+
The cable car typically operates 09:00–16:30 (subject to weather and eruption activity). Book your transfer to arrive at Rifugio Sapienza by 09:30 for the best experience.
Can I book a round trip to Etna and back to Catania?+

Is the road to Etna suitable in winter?+
